The fine sandy beach is 400 m from the complex. Links to the public transport network lie in front of the hotel and Palma airport lies around 70 km away.
The complex comprises a main and neighbouring building with a total of 90 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange, bicycle hire service, conference facilities, a lift and Internet connection (WLAN). In addition, there is a games room, a bar, a café, a small supermarket, a hairdressing salon and a restaurant. Car parking facilities are to be found outside of the hotel.
