Rooms

Decorated with soft colours, simple textures and light, wooden furniture, our 4-star hotel offers a selection of rooms for up to three guests. Offering you the choice of twin or double beds, these pleasant rooms also include cable TV, a direct-dial telephone and Wi-Fi access (extra charge). A minibar and a safe (extra charge), as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer are also included.

Dining & Bars

Every day from 07:00–10:00, our 4-star hotel wishes you ‘good morning’ with a scrumptious buffet spread. Including everything from cereal, cheese, ham and a variety of breads, to regional jams, fruit salads, fresh juices, milk, coffee and tea, breakfast at the Hotel Windsor provides the perfect start to your day.

A rich selection of delicious, home-made dishes can be savoured for lunch and dinner at the Hotel Windsor. Taste some of the many traditional gastronomic options served by our 4-star hotel, as well as some of our finest specialities including flavourful fish meals (‘Bacalhau à Windsor’ and ‘Espada com banana’) and succulent meat dishes (‘Espetada regional’ and ‘Bife à Chefe’). Lunch is served between 12:30–14:30 and dinner from 19:00–22:00.

During the day, a variety of drinks and snacks can be enjoyed at the hotel’s bar, including sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, several refreshments, cocktails and more. The bar is open until 23:00.

Leisure & Entertainment

Our friendly, 4-star hotel offers spacious accommodation for up to three guests decorated with light woods and soft textures. A selection of facilities are also included to satisfy your every need during your stay.

Admire magnificent, panoramic views of Funchal from the hotel’s soothing rooftop pool and sun deck– a fabulous spot to enjoy at any time of year, whether you’re in the mood to soak up the morning heat after a refreshing dip in the pool, to watch the city’s colourful Flower Festival from above or see fireworks burst into a starlit sky on New Year’s Eve. The pool is open between 10:00–22:00 in the summer and can be enjoyed from 10:00–19:30 in the winter.
