This villa is located in the area of Son Bou, situated a few meters from the St. James Club. The area includes a large variety of bars, restaurants, shops, supemercados, bowling, disco and children's entertainment.
This modern and minimalist villa, built in late 2009, has its own pools, exterior and interior (can be heated), each with their own whirpool. The outdoor area is fully equipped to enjoy life outdoors, including a barbecue.
The main floor of this villa has two bedrooms with two beds, and their respective wardrobe, plus a bathroom. On the first floor is a spacious suite with bathroom, whirpool and a room with two beds and a bathroom. The ground floor has a double room and their respective locker, plus a bathroom.
On the beach you can do sports such as banana boating, diving and pedalo.
From the airport or port, take the M1 highway in the direction Alaior. Arriving Alaior, take the third exit signposted Son Bou / San Jaime. At about 7 km. Son Bou, pass the first roundabout, first exit, following the street and Passeig Maritim 1 STOP turn left onto Costa de Sant Jaume, where a few meters from the village cross is found. From the port of Ciutadella, you have to leave the M1 highway, direction Mahon and approximately 33 km you will find the population of Alaior, take the first exit towards Son Bou / San Jaime and the rest as described above.
