Located in one of the most famous streets Radunica it encaptures perfectly the nature and essence of the place and it's inhabitants.
Radunica is a part of the old city town, but it's much more quiet then the city centre, and you can feel a much better atmosphere. The harbour in only a 10 minutes waking distance, same as the main bus station. The waterfront promenade (RIVA) 10 minutes, UNESCO world heritage site, the renown Diocletian palace a 5 minutes walk, Peristil (main public square inside the Diocletian palace) 6 minutes, restaurants 5 minutes, bars and supermarkets only 3 minutes.
In our neighbourhood you can also find public parking places for free, but it is not possible to make a reservation in advance.
If you will need a transfer to/from airport, then we can organize it for you on request.
The local bus station is only 5 minutes away from the apartment with direct connection to the Omiš Riviera.
The beach of Bacvice is in about 20 minutes walking distance (the only sand beach in the city)
The property has 3 different rooms for rent and the owner is living on the first floor. The garden of the house is for common share with table, chairs and a sunbed.
It is possible to wash your clothes with extra charge 5 Euro per load.
The owners speak English and German.
