The apartment building is conveniently located on a street approximately 30 metres from the beach and within walking distance of the Fuente Luminosa fountain. The property is situated in a pedestrian area, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and is about 10 km from Reus Airport. It offers comfortable accommodation and a number of facilities. Friendly, well-trained staff is always happy to assist with service and information. This apartment hotel has a total of 8 accommodation units. All consist of a spacious living room with sofa bed for two people, two double bedrooms, a kitchenette and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

- All apartments include bed linen and hand towels (not bath). They do not have oven, Internet, TV, air conditioning or heating.

- CHECK IN TIMETABLE: between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. / Check out: 9:00 a.m.

- All payments must be made IN CASH.

- The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price: € 1.10 per person and per night.

- A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of € 150.00 per apartment for families must be deposited; or € 75.00 per person for those under 30 years old.

- It is mandatory to present the IDENTITY DOCUMENT OF ALL THE TENANTS upon arrival.

- In the case of minors, AUTHORIZATION OF THE PARENTS or guardians, identified with ID, will be required in writing.

- The holder of the reservation must be OF AGE.
