The apartment hotel is situated around 400 m from the beach and 800 m from the L'Estartit town centre. Guests will find restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, and nightlife and shops are around 15 minutes away on foot. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is around 60 km from the hotel and El Prat Airport is approximately 160 km away.

The hotel offers 77 apartments in total and welcomes guests into a lobby with lift access. Guests arriving by car may make use of the hotel's car park (for a fee).

The complex offers one, two or three-bedroom apartments, each with twin beds. Each apartment has a dining room with TV, an in-room hire safe, a kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave. An en suite bathroom with shower features in all apartments as standard. Guests may also relax on their private furnished terrace which overlooks the pool area or mountains. Linen and towels are provided, and are changed weekly.

There is an outdoor swimming pool with a slide. Guests may relax using the sun loungers provided. They may also hire sun loungers and parasols for a fee on the nearby sandy beach.
