The design hotel is housed in a fairly new building which was first constructed in the year 2000, with old colonial-style architecture, following a theme of old-styled buildings. The air-conditioned hotel offers 22 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Free WLAN Internet access and parking facilities in and out of the hotel grounds are also available. Further facilities include a bar, restaurant, conference facilities, and room and laundry services.

The standard rooms are unusually spacious, with large windows which bring in enough light during the day. The rooms are well-proportioned for more than one or two people without feeling cramped. Each room has a balcony and most rooms offer garden or sea views. Each room features an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a double bed, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning.

Guests may relax on the sun terrace using the sun loungers and parasols provided. Sporting activities include sailing in the river which offers expansive views of the mangrove swamps and the Oyster Creek.
