Visitors have a chance to explore the characteristics which still preserve Madeira's uniqueness and authenticity - the high mountains and the deep blue sea. This rural tourism resort, classified as 'Casas de Campo' (country house), has been established within the grounds of a private farm, in perfect harmony with nature. There is parking available for those arriving by car.
The accommodation is comprised of 'stilt cabins' (referred to as bungalows or mountain shelters), with a woody, rustic feel. They all feature simple decor and come with a basic kitchenette and a compact bathroom with a small shower. They are all furnished in natural colours and have pine walls and floors. These 'cabins' are a cross between a shed, a mountain lodge and a tree house and have steep steps leading up to the bedrooms. The accommodation offers a double bed and is equipped with a TV, a fridge, individually adjustable heating and either a balcony or a terrace.
