The Main Restaurant, serves American buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00 and late continental buffet breakfast from 10:00 to 10:30.

Lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 21:30. The main restaurant offers local and international cuisine, which you can enjoy either indoors or al fresco!

All meals are served in a buffet style with extended show cooking for custom food preparation.

Every evening, guests have the opportunity to taste different types of specialties, from Greek, Chinese, Mexican or Italian to fish specialties, etc. Guests arriving late are entitled to a late dinner buffet, from 22:30 to 01:30.

Ellinadiko Greek Restaurant

This restaurant is an excellent choice for guests seeking to vary their meals from the buffet served in the Main Restaurant. Dinner served from 19:00 till 21:30. Table reservations are necessary.

Kublai Khan Chinese Restaurant

The Chinese restaurant offers authentic Chinese delights, masterfully blended with the best of China’s regional specialties. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:30. Table reservations are necessary at the Reception desk a day in advance.

Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes – The palace that is also called the Kastello, is built at the highest point of the medieval city, to the north-west, and its volumes dominate the city and its harbour. It was a strong structure, indissolubly linked with the fortifications, and played an active role in the defence of the city, forming the last refuge of the population in the event of the city boiling to the enemy.

The Acropolis of Rhodes – Positioned on the western edge of the city, on the top of the hill of Ayios Stefanos, the Acropolis of Rhodes and its imposing Temple of Apollo, dominates the views. Unlike most of the ancient acropoleis it was not fortified. It consisted of a monumental zone with Sanctuaries, large temples, public buildings and underground cult places.

Rodos Archaeological Museum – The museum is housed in the monumental edifice that was the hospital of the Knights of St. John . Its construction begun in 1440 and brought to completion in the time of the Grand Master d’Aubusson (1476-1503). The items on display in the Museum come from various parts of Rodos and the neighbouring islands.

Aquarium of Rhodes – In the aquarium the visitors (200.000 per year) can admire specimens of entozoan, molluscs (gastropods and cephalopods), species of the crab family, echinoderms, many fish families, as well as sea turtles. In the Museum are also displayed exhibits such as various kinds of sharks and other fish, sea turtles, toothed whales, (Odontoceti) and Mediterranean monk seals.
