The hotel was built to an individual design replacing the previously existing Koprivshtitsa hotel and was entirely reconstructed and modernised in 2002/2003. It has a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a disco, public Internet access, a kids club, a playground and a hairdressing salon.
There are 8 single and 202 double rooms, 35 studio flats and 12 suites available. All rooms are furnished in European style and are equipped with a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, balcony, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and both centrally regulated and individually adjustable air-conditioning.
The hotel's own activities team puts on daytime entertainment programmes for adults and children as well as evening programmes, live music and shows (several times a week). There is a swimming pool in the hotel grounds with a children's pool and a snack bar as well as a multi-purpose sports pitch. Guests can relax in the sauna, steam room and hot tub and receive massage and other health therapies. Tennis, squash and horse-riding facilities are available for a fee.
