Flandria building is located in Calle Falset, 200 metres from Playa Capellans and a few metres from Calle Carles Buigas, where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. The flats have two bedrooms and the building has an elevator.
- All apartments include bed linen and hand towels (not bath). Flandria don't have a swimming pool, washing machine, oven, Internet, TV, air conditioning or heating. Water and electricity are included in the price.
- CHECK IN: from 15:00 to 19:30 pm / CHECK OUT: 09:00 am.
- All PAYMENTS must be made IN CASH or CREDIT CARD.
- KEY COLLECTION is at the Fincas Palmyra office at Calle Carles Buigas, 5.
- The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price: € 1.10 per person and per night.
- A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of € 200.00 per apartment for families must be deposited; or € 75.00 per person for those under 25 years old.
- It is mandatory to present the IDENTITY DOCUMENT OF ALL THE TENANTS upon arrival.
- In the case of minors, written AUTHORISATION FROM PARENTS or guardians, identified by IDENTITY CARD, will be required.
- The holder of the reservation must be OF LEGAL AGE.
The APARTMENTS 4/6 have a maximum capacity of 6 people. They consist of a living/dining room with sofa bed for two persons, double bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen with ceramic hob and microwave, bathroom with bathtub.
