Located in the heart of the Berber country, on a plateau at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, Skoura is a large 120 km² palm grove close to the Oued Bouijhila. It is approximately 40 km from Ouarzazate, and its geographical location between the Atlas Mountains and the desert offers a moderate climate. The area is famous for its kasbahs, with the nearby Amerhidil Kasbah being the one that appeared on the old 50-dirham notes. Skoura is situated along the first part of the Dadés road, which leads to Keelaat M' Gouna, the valley of Dadés, Boulmane and the gorges of Todgha. Ouarzazate Airport is just a short drive away and private parking is available.

At the edge of the palm grove and far from the urban areas, the hotel welcomes guests in a warm and peaceful setting all year long and it can be accessed by foot or bike, or on the back of a horse or donkey. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, room service and a laundry service. There are 8 guest rooms in total.

The hotel's spacious rooms are decorated in traditional Moroccan style and equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bathtub and warm water.

Guests of this hotel can enjoy long hikes around the palm groves and excursions to the Atlas Mountains. With the large garden and swimming pool, guests can enjoy pleasant moments sunbathing between their excursions.

The hotel's restaurant serves traditional Moroccan meals with French touches, such as lamb tajine with dates, beef tajine with prunes, chicken tajine with oranges, campfire barbecues, fresh fruit tajines, French toast with strawberries, and much more.

When guests arrive in Skoura from Ouarzazate they will see the Ziz petrol station on their right. Continue for 300 metres and then turn left and follow the road until the town centre. Stay on the main street for 800 metres and take the dirt track to the left. Stay on this track until the Oued after 2.2 km.
