The Rural Hotel Es Trull de Can Palau is composed of an antique peasant farmer's house, which is entirely restored taking care of the original architecture. It comprises the hotel's reception, a fireplace hall where to read a book from our library, an antique Trull which is a rudimentary oil press that denominates the hotel and constitutes an authentic museum piece and a restaurant with a magnificent terrace conceived for you to savor our exquisite Ibicencan and Mediterranean cuisine.
