The apartments and studios feature balconies, and some studios are equipped with a private furnished terrace. Fenals Beach is only 1 km away from the property. The accommodations are simply decorated, bed linen and towels are not included, but there is a possibility to rent them for a 2€ fee per person and stay. The apartments are a 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants, a 15-minute walk from the centre of Lloret, and only 400 metres away from the bus station of the city, which connects the airport to Barcelona and Girona-Costa Brava. Guests will have to make a deposit of 60 eur per person (with a minimum of 200€ per apartment) which will be returned on departure if the apartment is in perfect condition.
