The check-in time is from 16:00. If you want to know the status of your apartment before that time call us at the indicated number. It is recommended to inform the arrival time in advance.
If your arrival time is after 20:00, the check-in process will take place at Hotel Eurostars Regina (C/San Vicente, 97), located at 8 minutes walking fron the apartments.
A deposit of 150 euros will be charged the day before check in day which will be returned within a maximum period of 48 hours after the complete inspection of the apartment. In order to make the return remotely, your card details will be requested at check-in.
